Hello guys.. I have just started to HRM and Financial module.. In HRM module, couldn't we create payroll or any journal for that. I could not see any feature for that. How can I post the payroll transactions. I think I could create the employees as vendor and I could select them during the journal. But that is not effective way..Is there any Payroll enhancement or add on for axapta..

Hello Marie,

Unfortunately, there is no payroll-financial integration in axapta. We also have developed for our two projects.

The standard HRM functionality does not include payroll or integration to G/L, that's true. However, Microsoft partners have developed payroll add-ons for a number of countries. In addition, Microsoft offers AX Payroll module in their AX pricelist - this module supports payroll for USA and Canada. The datasheet says:

"Payroll functionality tightly integrated with Dynamics AX vendor, payables and G/L functionality".

I also have a datasheet from Microsoft for an add-on for Russian payroll.

Which country are you interested in? You should contact MS Dynamics partners in the respective country. Let me know if you need help with that.

Payroll laws change country to country so Microsoft uses partners to develop payroll through countries. Which contry are you in? I can tell you which partner is responsible of that in Turkey.

Hello Marie, the payroll is available on the partner source. For 3.0 and 4.0( also 4.0 sp1), payroll for US and Canada is available; you could download that.
